What we send
Deciphering Logic is a product engineering company based in Jaipur, India. Email from our domains is sent by named employees to specific business contacts, one message at a time, about our software development services. Every message carries the sender's real name, the company name and a working reply address, and every outbound sequence includes a plain-text opt-out line. We send a small number of messages per mailbox per day and keep follow-ups to a defined, finite sequence.
What we do not do
- We do not send bulk or mass unsolicited email, and we do not advertise any of our web sites using unsolicited bulk messages.
- We do not buy, rent or scrape consumer email lists. Business contacts are identified individually from public professional sources.
- We do not use affiliates, resellers or third parties to send email on our behalf, and we do not permit anyone to advertise our domains by email.
- We do not email personal (consumer) addresses for marketing purposes.
- We do not use misleading subject lines, forged headers or hidden sender identities.
Opting out
Reply to any message with the word "no", "stop" or "unsubscribe", or write to compliance@decipheringlogic.com. Opt-outs are applied across all our domains and mailboxes within 24 hours and are permanent.
Compliance
We follow the US CAN-SPAM Act, the UK PECR and GDPR rules on business-to-business marketing, Australia's Spam Act 2003 (business contact exemption), and the Information Technology Act of India. Where a jurisdiction requires prior consent for business email, we do not send without it.
Reporting abuse
If you believe a message from one of our domains breaches this policy, forward it with full headers to compliance@decipheringlogic.com. We investigate every report and suspend the sending mailbox while we do.
