Real examples of what lands on this desk: an app that has to work when a restaurant's wifi drops, so you build the local queue and the sync logic; a recruiter app where the AI conversation hands off to a human in the same thread; a prototype that has to be convincing enough for an investor demo in two weeks and solid enough to become the real build after that.

You talk to the client directly. Nobody translates for you.

• 3+ years building and shipping Flutter apps that are live in the App Store and Play Store
• Dart, state management (Riverpod, Bloc or Provider) and a clear opinion on why you use the one you use
• REST and WebSocket integration, offline-first patterns, local storage and sync
• Push notifications, deep links, and the release process end to end: signing, store listings, review rejections
• You test on real devices, not just the simulator

• Firebase, or experience migrating off it
• Native modules in Kotlin or Swift when Flutter runs out of road
• Animations and a feel for motion that isn't distracting
• Published a package, or contributed to one
