Product Engineer

Client products end to end: marketplaces, healthcare platforms, POS and ordering systems, internal tools that a business actually runs on. Some of it is new build from a Blueprint prototype; some is picking up a codebase that another team left behind and making it safe to ship again.

You'd be in small squads, usually two to four people, with the client in the room. You make the architecture call, you write it down, and you own how it turns out.

• 3+ years shipping full-stack web products, with something live you can point at
• A modern JS framework and a backend you're fluent in; you pick the stack to fit the problem
• Databases, APIs and deployment: you can take a feature from schema to production
• You write tests where they earn their keep and skip them where they don't
• Comfortable being the person a client asks a hard question directly

• Payments, auth or third-party integrations that fought back
• Rescue work: inheriting a codebase someone else abandoned
• Mobile experience alongside web
• You've done the on-call rotation and learned from it
